Excellent breakfast setup.

My family and I were disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff was unprofessional, with a clerk who had a terrible attitude and no willingness to assist guests.

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was lovely. The staff was very helpful, as for 3-stars hotel. The venue was in a good location adjacent to Very close to shopping malls, the stadium from that location and restaurants and cafes.

Family with children find it great

Location was good, breakfast was good but not offered early enough for us most days. I mean the kids loved the pool and we had a real nice time together in the Queen Suite.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The location was really convenient for us as we were visiting Miller Park. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated that the bathroom was super clean and we had Dove products available. Breakfast had a great setup with so many options to choose from, which made our mornings easier.

The temperature in the rooms is consistently too hot, leading to a less than comfortable stay. On different occasions, there were no towels available, which might be a dealbreaker when you just want to relax after a swim. The pool area is cramped and can feel stuffy, not exactly what you'd hope for a refreshing dip. A lack of clear instructions for the TV and issues with connectivity for streaming devices hindered the overall experience.

I stayed here for a night and loved how close we were to both the Milwaukee County Zoo and Lyons Park. The easy access to a variety of dining options just a short walk away really enhanced our trip.

The indoor pool was refreshing and a great way to unwind. The hotel is located close to everything you need. I appreciated the quick access to amenities and the overall cleanliness of the facility.

the bath was super dirty and that was a bummer the pool area had fresh towels and the waffles at breakfast were awesome got free wifi too

Comfortable room, super clean bathroom, and I loved the breakfast setup with so many varieties to pick from, making this hotel a great choice for families wanting to explore the city and enjoy the amenities just 18 km from the nearest airport.
